Terms & Conditions — Benny "The Jet" Urquidez Seminar, Hard Yards MMA
1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Tickets are non-transferable except as permitted under Section 3. Price: $120 AUD per person.
2. Entry & Check-In
Entry requires (a) a valid ticket, scanned via QR code at the door, and (b) completing the on-the-day Participant Waiver & Release before entering the seminar area. Both are required, a scanned ticket alone does not admit you. Please allow a few extra minutes on arrival to complete the waiver.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable. One name transfer per ticket is permitted, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the event. If the event is cancelled outright by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified and refunded in full.
4. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or format of the event, including in the event of illness, injury, or circumstances beyond the organiser's control. If the event is cancelled outright, ticket holders will be notified and refund terms will follow Section 3.
5. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to follow the instructions of Benny "The Jet" Urquidez, event staff, and any assisting instructors at all times. The organiser may remove any attendee from the event, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to other attendees or staff.
6. Photography and Media
This event will be photographed and filmed for promotional and archival purposes. Consent to this use is captured as part of the on-the-day Participant Waiver & Release (Section 5 of that document).
7. Age Requirements
The minimum age to attend is 12. Attendees under 18 must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian and must complete the parent/guardian consent section of the Participant Waiver & Release (see Document 2, Section 6).
8. Spectators
This is a participant-only seminar. General spectators are not permitted, only ticket holders taking part in the seminar may enter the training area.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
